Ver.2.5.4 リリース

Ver.2.5.4をリリースします。

Qt6.8.3 Windows版のQAudioDevice.isFormatSupported()が間違ってfalseを返してしまうのでチェック部を暫定処置で外しています。

主な変更は以下です。

[その他変更]
・64bit版をQt6(Qt6.8.3)でビルドするように変更
これに伴いOpenSSLもVersion 3にアップデートする必要がある

WindowsXP/Vista対応版(x86)はQt5.6.3(VS2015)でビルドしました。
Linux(static)版は最新のオープンソース版であるQt5.15.16でビルドしました。
その他配布しているパッケージはQt5.15.2がサポートする環境で動作します。
